Landed Immigrant Application
Criminal Record Check are commonly requested by the Immigration, Refugees
and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for all countries that the applicant has resided for
more than 6 months while they are over the age of 18. If you lived in Canada for
more than 6 months, you may be asked for fingerprints to complete your criminal
record check by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
